    Yoga is the single best exercise on the planet for stomach toning and there ae hundreds of excellent DVD's or tapes.Its deceiving but the position of "plank" will develop your stomach into the 12 pack you strive for...in a matter of months. Must be practiced a minimum of 3 times per week 30-45 minutes.
