First define stupid. Do you mean intelligence challenged or rude, or out of the loop? Stupid people (rude) make me nervous so, of course they are attracted to me! I make en effort to get to know them if I have to deal with them regularly. I try to set boundaries so I know what to expect. If someone has limited understanding I try to be compassionate and not put them in a position that makes them feel inferior. I usually find out what they are experts on (like knitting) and try to get them to teach me about it. Kindness makes us all smarter.

Just ignore them! Don't let them ruin your day/life! Otherwise you will end up going out of order and then ,they might still be stupid but, you'll be the crazy one... trust me... been there, done that. Just ignore them!
