How to understand getting more tired than anyone and often waking with limbs like lead weights. I eat healthily, exercise and take multivitamins. It's making me depressed.
It's possible that you may be anaemic or have other health problems that need to be addressed. Also, lack of energy and fatigue can be symptoms of depression, so please go have a chat with your doctor about this.
Good luck.
There are numberous conditions that cause fatigue, but rarely are they serious.
Consult your doctor and request a blood test, to rule out chauses such as anaemia or other blood problems, and an underactive thyroid.
If exercise makes you more fatigued, and sleep leaves you feeling unrefreshed, and every other cause is ruled out, you may have m.e. I have this midly, so if you do have it then i would suggest lots of rest, and to drop all activities except work until you start to feel stronger- increasing your activity level gradually.
my friend had this problem....
she has a slight alergic reaction to malt which makes her really tired and her leg and arm muscles feel extremely heavy. the only thing she can do is try and stay away from malt.... ie. dont eat so much bread and alot of cheese doesnt help either....oh and neither do malteasers! (obviously!) hope this helps x
i had a similar problem to this. I know you said you already take vitamins but do you take B12 and folic acid. I now take both of these each day and i really think they have helped, they are easy to get hold of in most vitamin style shops and are pretty cheap. Look out for the Holland and Barret sales - they are really good.
