Do you feel like you need to belch? Do you feel bloated and uncomfortable? If not, it's probably just the way you're made and you've nothing to worry about. You'd be rubbish in spontaneous belching competitions, but that's about it... If you do feel that there is trapped wind in your tum and you can't expel it, it might be worth you going to the doctor. I had this problem for years, with a lot of accompanying discomfort. I finally got to the bottom of it when I found I was carrying the H-Pylori bacteria in my gut. I had a week's worth of big-time antiobiotics and I've been absolutely fine since, and that was about 5 years ago. I can belch with the best of them now! :0)
