there are two alternative remedies I would recommend from experience (but not to be take together). St Johns Wort in tablet form or the Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy. you take a few drops of the Rescue Remedy in water. Both will hel. Enjoy your flight
I'd be careful with St. John's Wort--it can interact with other things and create problems so make sure to do some research first. I'd actually recommend calming music and something to occupy your attention (a book or magazine). You could also try crystallized ginger to calm a nervous stomach.
