Or you could try not drinking QUITE so much. Alternate with soda or water and you'll feel a lot better in the morning.

Eat!! I always find a nice big greasy keebab and chips works well to sober me up before going home!! (or chicken keebab with loads of salad if your on a diet)!! Also take an ibrupofen before you go to bed, they are for swelling and I have never woke up with a hangover when taking one before going to bed!!

Try and find something to focus on like a chink of light coming through the curtains. Apparently putting one foot on the floor also helps.
