Have the best friend take him/her out for the day your treat of corce (make him/her think that this is the birthdayday prezzy). Ok about a week or so before the birthday, get the birthday persons address book, either that or call thier best friend, basicaly using the info from friend / address book call over all thier closest friends new and old and family for a house party with nibbles bits and drinks, including preasants, when the birthday boy/girl arrive back from the day out, hide and suprise them when they come through the door! It happened to me on my 16th I loved every miniute of it!
