Do the little things that count. Help them hold stuff when their moving. Send them flowers every now and then. Leave them messages for when they get home...
If they live close by, ask them over for a meal from time to time so that you can spend some nice time with them. Plan it for when you are not in a rush or going out anywhere then you can all linger at the table over a drink and your meal and chat - good quality time.
Say to your parents "I really do love you". Tell them they are so very important in your life and how you benefit from their love and advice. My daughter bought me a fridge magnet with a lovely poem on it - so every time I get something out of the fridge she is instantly on my mind. She has also bought me a poem to go inside of my wallet which explains how she feels for me.
