Granulated sugar mixed with your body wash or shampoo makes an amazingly cheap and effective body scrub. I tried it and now have a glass container of sugar in my bathroom. It works better than anything I've ever tried before. I have a really foamy face wash, so use it with that and it lathers up and scrubs leaving me super soft and smooth, without oil! So I apply my own afterwards so it doesn't leave my bath all greasy! TRY IT!!
I use baby oil and sugar. Similar to all the other ones, but it smells better and u can use it on hands and feet 2. Plus baby oil makes skin WAAAY softer
Soften up sugar or salt crystals in by mixing the scrubs with hot water in your hand before applying to skin as they have sharp edges and can scrape the skin. My preferred mix is coconut oil, sea salt, frankinscence oil and rose oil. These oils have anti aging properties, and the coconut oil is highly moisturising. Your skin will feel fab.
This is a super-powered body scrub with fruit containing friut acids, which helps dissolve dead skin cells, which will be whisked away
Mix Together :
1 quava
1 kiwi
handful of Dead Sea Salts
2 tbsp of honey
Then apply to the body in circular motions
I found this scrub amazing for my body!
Mix one part salt and one part sugar (coarse is best). Add a little water, body oil or milk till you have a thick but still grainy paste. Use to scrub all over your body. For some a pleasant smell add a little essential oil
I have used many bodys scrubs, the cheap and expensive types, and I find the best is home made. Mix olive oil with some sugar and you get the best and cheapest scub ever.
Use some grainy like substance, salt, sugar, even soft sand, mix abit of natural yoghurt, touch of honey and abit of lemon, this also doubles up as a face mask - good luck !
