I know this sounds brutal, but I'm talking years of experience here, you know that hole in your face , it's called a mouth , well don't put so much food in it ! seriously though, it's so easy to kid yourself that you don't eat that much amd just looking at a doughnut puts on weight , but we all know that's not true.Keep a food diary (be honest) of what you eat, you'll be amazed how much. I use the "stop eating before you're full" method and try not to snack too often, always choose fairly healthy food over junk and your body will respond naturally. it's great being slim and anyone who says otherwise is a great big fibber. !!!
