I have got such long sightedness and one eye is particularly bad. What i've found is get a bedside lamp at least 60 watts and a tall magnifying mirror next to it just try to focus with one eye by closing the other haha you'll look like an idiot though

I have a super magnifying mirror x 10 - it's a bit scary to see your skin but at least I can see every stray hair.
