How to look taller

of course there's the ol' faithful high heels to make you look taller. but also posture counts for alot. slouching makes you look shorter. keep your back straight, shoulders back, chest out and chin up. a tip i was once told was to imagine your body is a car and your chest are the headlights to light your way lol. good posture lengthens your body and makes you appear more confident!

Take lessons in the Alexander technique. I did and "grew" by about two inches.

Wear heels and pinstripe trousers. They'll give the impression of height.

Take a few Pilates classes. I take them occasionally and if the teacher is good they'll stretch you out and you'll feel like your a few feet taller. After classes you'll feel refreshed and the core, which is the stomach and your chest will be tight. Your posture will look great in no time!!!

Heels worth a treat, they make you appear slimmer by elongating your body. Sometimes heels are not the answer though, they can cause bunions, blisters and other problems that arent pleasant. Be happy with your height! Who cares if your on the short side? Smile! & no-one will even notice!! :) x

There is nothing you can do to make yourself yoursefl grow taller, all you can do is work on your posture - which can help by several inches.

Do stretches regularly, this will help you improve your posture.

Stand up straight, put your shoulders back and be happy with however tall you already are! And be grateful you can buy trousers that are long enough in 'normal' shops ;O)

That's not really possible. Your genetics determine how tall you are and the technology doesn't exist yet to change that. You can make yourself look taller by improving your posture. (And standing up taller will increase your height.)

Why would anyone want to look taller?? I'm 6ft2" and it's horrible!! I'm taller than every single guy i know!! Stay short! You don't know how easy you have it!!
