Google 'candidis test' if you regulary have an upset stomach or digestive problems that you should check candidis is not your problem. Also taking a good quality probiotic (from health food store - much better that the youghurt drinks from the supermarket) daily.

Drink a cup of black tea(no milk) with a splash of whiskey in it.
