Use a hula hoop! and stand with it for 30 min. or something. of course it will fall down, but just pick it up and continue. This really works! And swimming to, because when you swim you excercise your core muschles, and this will give you a smaller waist and toned tummy=)

Stretch. Besides touching your toes, stretch with palms facing the celing as if you are pushing the clouds make into the sky. Do this 20 times along with the toe touching thing and you'll also see an improvement in your posture.

Touch your toes 20 times every morning and evening - you're waist will soon become firmer and smaller.

Eat fibrous foods. I find that eating muesli for a few days at breakfast keeps my tummy flat. Or try eating more fruit.

When u eat eat slow and make sure u chew ur food lots of times...this will help u eat less because when u eat fast u usually dont realize your full...it also stretches your stomach out making your waist larger
