The best way to remember to do your pelvic floor exercises is to get little office stickers- they could be just tiny circles or stars some thing that is small and not really noticeable to anyone else. Put them around your office -one really good place is on on your desk phone (and home phone if you want to) and every time you see it do 10 contractions and hold each for 10 seconds and then 10 fast contractions (hold /relax). In no time you will have fantastic control pelvic control.
