Use bright colors that contrast with brown eyes like golds, blues, bright purples, burnt oranges, greens, etc. Brown eyes are very versatile because they are so neutral they go with lots of colors. Experiment with some of these colors and use a black eyeliner underneath which further illuminates brown eyes because of the black/brown contrast and you definitely will stand out!!

I use eyeliner very close to my upper eyelashes. It has to be a very fine line or you'll look like a clown if you have big eyes like mine.

I use pink and blue or green a lot. Use a gold base (Bourjois do amazing colours) and just on the outer corner of your top lid apply bright pink. Then, add green to the outer corner of the lower lid. Looks amazing!

Try a plum black liner and masscara, a dot of white in corner of the eye by the nose and a dot of gold over the iris. If you have alot of green in your eyes, try a forest green liner.

I use urban decays 24/7 glide eye liners in bright blue! and green, i love them! also the urban decay glitters never not in my makeup bag! the best thing to turn it into a night time look! I also use plums now as my hair is purple:] I do smokey eye with blues and purples too, but a brighter version. Makes me eyes pop as they are hazel and grey
