Before going to bed put your moisteiser and foundation in the fridge, come morning they will be cool enough to reduce the puffiness of your face.

I know it's unpleasant but wash your face with cool or cold water in the morning. If the eye area is particularly puffy, try swiping an ice cube or other frozen product (I once used frozen green beans which worked quite well) on the area.

splash your face a few times a day with cool water.
