You have to make healthy food more available to them than unhealthy food. Stop buying unhealthy snack food. Keep a plate of pre-washed & cut veggies & fruit on the top shelf of the refrigerator at all times. Put a large bowl of mixed fruit out on the counter (apples, oranges, bananas) & a plastic container (w/ a lid) full of granola. You can also SNEAK nutritious ingredients into their favorite foods.
