Women like that are either A.) Attempting to get you angry or B.) Trying to steal your man. If you truly are very disgruntled and can't find a way to get her off his back, take a vacation. Rent a condo in an ocean-side state for a week. By the time you come back she should have given up and be onto another guy. If she hasn't, you and your boyfriend, TOGETHER, need to have a chat with her. tell her straight up that she's being slutty, and that it needs to end. But be weary, its not common, but its happened- it could be a plot of your boyfriend's. He could be trying to make you angry and give up on your relationship. If anything, hold onto him tighter. Spend some candle-lit nights together, take a stroll in the woods on a clear day.

Talk to him about it. If he really wants nothing to do with her, have him tell her. She probably won't take the hint--these women almost never do--but you'll feel more secure and can laugh about her with your man and your friends. She's only interested because your man isn't available. She'll get her hooks into another man soon enough and move on.

What do you mean; Keeps trying?? I assume you are there observing and I assume that your man is there and is fighting her off. I also don't think you or him are helpless. You tell her off. But shouldn't your man be standing up for himself. He should have the ultimate say in what he allows.
