Okay, some people may not want to drip eye-drops in their eyes. Another way you can achieve blue eyes is to apply brown eye-shadow up to your crease. Any further and you will look like a prostitute. You can use either eye-shadow to your crease, or eye-liner just on the lash-line. Flick the liner up at the outer-corner of your lid for that extra "pizz-azz". :P Believe me, this is coming from another blue-eyed beauty!
Only use brown and orange (terracotta sounds better) eyeshadows - it's the contrast with the blue that makes your eyes stand out and look really blue. Always works for me - but don't forget to blend, blend, blend.......
if you ask for eye drops called eye blue in the chemist. they brighten the whites of your eyes and make the colour of your eyes bluer. also if you put a tiny triangle of yellow eyshadow in the inner corner of your eyes when your doing your make up it makes your eyes appear bluer
Get a tan - either real or fake. With a bit of a tan on my face I apply tinted moisturiser and then a light dusting of bronzing powder (make sure it's not orangy). Finish off with black mascara and your favourite lipstick and your eyes will look BLUE. Even mine, which are normally a dirty grey.
It sounds contradictory but try light purple eyeshadow--not a lot and not too heavily applied--with a brown or purple liner--again, not too heavy. If you've got pink undertones in your skin, try a bit of white eyeshadow around the inside corner of your eye instead of yellow. This works on my very light blue eyes and pale skin.
Also pay attention to what colors you wear in clothes. Some bring out the blue in your eyes better, it just depends on the hue.
And, darker hair makes blue eyes seem brighter because of the contrast.
Try Chanel eye pencil in Marine instead of black.
Highlight under the eyebrow along the browbone and high on the check bone with YSL Touche eclat.
Put a dot of white at the inner corner of your eye and a dot of pink at the outter corner, blott and blend it into toward you ear.
Find a shade of red lipstick that is sheer enough to wear for day time.
Ive got really blue eyes like the ocean so to enhance that i just put either cream or gold eye shadow on and put not too much black eye liner and then i curl my eyelashes with an eyelash curler and add a bit of mascara and then put light pink lipgloss on and then clear lipgloss over it and also a tan or a hint of bronzer brings out blue eyes too.
