Use wholmeal flour and dried yeast. In a bowl add flour, yeast, pinch of salt and sugar. Mix with tepid water until you have a dough thats not sticky. kneed gently for a couple of minutes. Leave in a warm place for one hour. Split into how many bases you want. Roll out. Add tomato puree base and then add whatever other toppings you want. I chop all the toppings into bowls and let the kids make their own. Bake in the oven gas mark 6 for between 15 - 20 mins or until cheese bubbles and base is golden brown.
