Try to figure out why you are the target of his wrath. Keep all of your notes, exams, term papers and assignments in perfect order, organized in a way that you can see and possibly document any injustice. Try to find a study buddy or some class mate who can help you get some insight into why you are disliked. Make studing for this class a priority, but an a extra hour a day into it, get all your assignments in on time, get to class early if possible . Ask yourself if your acadmiec is up to par or are you outshining your professor.

First make sure that the problem is with the professor. I am not trying to dismiss your problem but most professors make certain to have no personal opinion of their students--I know there are exceptions to this rule but our jobs depend on not grading according to which students we would rather not have in class. Are you following all of the directions given to you? Are you doing all of your work according to the guidelines set out in the syllabus and policy sheets? Are you doing this work without excuses? Do you attend class regularly (and by regularly I mean 99% of the time) and do you arrive to class on time?

I had a teacher like this last year. The best thing to do is be overly nice to them, hand in all homework on time and keep out of trouble elsewhere in school. This really frustrates them because they will have nothing to pick on you for, and feel quite mean for bullying you in the first place. xxx
