Moisturise your body from head to toe...and put on some lip balm so your soft all over. spritz of perfume and some sexy underwear. With that basis... can wear my baggiest cargo pants and still feel sexy! xxx

I always model infront of my mirror, put a good song on, strip down to your underwear, i usually do this after a hot shower and Ive shaved, done my tan, etc. and do different poses in the mirror, sounds vain but it works! Also nothing beats the whole, you just painted your nails, had a nice bath/shower, washed your hair, shaved, tan etc.

As soon as I put heels on I instantly feel sexier. Having smooth, freshly moisturised legs on display in a pair of gorgeous heels cannot fail to make you feel good about yourself. It also forces you to stand up straight which makes you feel and appear more confident. In fact if you dont own a pair of heels that you love just try standing up straight and walking around the whole day with your chin up looking ahead instead of down at the ground (this is also great for making people move out of your way on a busy street!!). And SMILE!

Wear clothes you feel attractive and confident in. Wear a nice lipstick and always wash/ do your hair (nothing makes you feel more unattractive than unwashed and greasy hair), use your favourite perfum behind your ears, neck etc

If there is something about yourself that you aren't that thrilled about (e.g. big thighs) start doing something about it. The fact that you are making the effort and taking control of the situation will give you a boost of confidence. And confidence is very sexy.

Sometimes just listening to a 'sexy' song can help me feel attractive, it gets me in a postive state of mind. I personally find songs by Shakira great for this!

Stand in front of a full length mirror after you've primped and tell yourself that you look amazing. there's nothing sexier than self confidence, you spent time to look great, believe it!
