The next time you're able to speak privately, mention that although you appreciate the sentiment and good wishes, you are really not interested in being set up with this co-worker (insert reason here, such as you haven't met the person yet that has made you change your mind about not dating co-workers.)

just tell them you have met someone else,tis nice tho that someone has taken an interest in you so dont be too harsh...xxxx
