I really like the Emjoi Optima from the Sharper Image.) Prior to this I used an Epilady and I found the Emjoi to be much less irritating. I even use it on my underarms! And as a bonus there are hardly any ingrown hairs (I'd probably have none at all if I was more diligent at exfoliating...)
