I know when I'm feeling crappy (i.e. PMSing, overtired, cranky, or otherwise) the best bet is to take a long, hot shower, (including shaving your legs) and just give yourself the full treatment: do you hair and make up, slather on lotion, the works. Put on a great underwear and something that you know makes your butt/legs/hips look fabulous. There's something about knowing you look great, from the skin up, that just makes you feel so much better.
