Also don't gain a serious amount of weight in a small period of time, that can cause stretch marks.

I completely understand, I hate people calling me skinny or size 0, in my opinion its as bad as calling someone fat. Its worth going to the doctors to get a blood test to see if you have an overactive thyroid which basically means you burn off food to quickly. Also look up about the GI diet.
