Know that being homesick is completely natural and try to to worry too much about it--you'll make yourself more upset by worrying about being homesick. To help, take some photos of your family with you and arrange a couple of times to call them so you can hear their voices. And take a camera and a journal (or a computer) so you can document all of the fun you're having so you can show your family when you get home--so look at your trip as a way to have a super-fun time with your family when you get home.
