How to remember to take your pills/vitamins

Keep them in a pretty bag next to your computer and when you check your emails in the morning make it a ritual. like pablo's dog, you soon won't forget.

I put it in the back of my wallet and take it when I'm out and about. By carrying it with me all the time I don't have to worry about forgetting to take it before I go out somewhere.

Set a reminder on your phone. If you're out anywhere, or away for the weekend, or especially if you know you'll be getting home lashed make sure you keep the pill on your pillow so you'll see it (even if you dont brush your teeth!)

Keep your pills next to your toothbrush and that way you'll know to take them every morning

I always leave my pills next to my contact lenses case as the last thing I do before I go to bed is take my contacts out. Should also work if you leave them by your toothbrush or make up remover. If you take them 1st thing in the morning try leaving them by your alarm clock.

i take tablets 5 times a day i bought a seven day pill box individual days lift out morning i take with breakfast noon pills with lunch evening with dinner night with supper it becomes habit then the last tablets sit by my bed before i shut my eyes i take them daily ritual!you always know youve took them because little compartment is empty!

Routine is really your best reminder. Set your mind to taking them immedately after your meals. Most pills are meant to be taken then. It takes 28 days to make a new habit so if you do this consistantly for the 28 days it will be automatic to you after that

Leave the pills by the kettle, then when making your morning tea or coffee you can also take the pills.

I keep mine by my bed, and its the last thing I do at night just before I turn off the light. After a month, you find it becomes a "habit" and is harder to break. Now, I can't fall asleep if I know something is 'missing'... and it's always when I've forgotten to take my pills.

But a post-it note on the front door reminding you toake your pills. I used to forget my meds all the time. A friend told me to try this and it really works. Also, I put a post on the coffee pot and leave the pills by the coffee can.
