Party feet by Scholl do a few handy little products they have a gel cushion strip specially for sling backs and strappy shoes. The gel strip sticks onto the sling back strap and prevents them slipping or rubbing. I have used them and swear by them.

Try sticking double sided selotape on the strap and your heel, should stay on there most of the night, if not all night!
