When your alarm goes off in the morning DONT PRESS SNOOZE! You need to get up immediately (if you find this hard, put your alarm out of reach from ur bed). Go the bathroom, have a really good stretch and splash cold water on your face followed by a moisturiser, massaging ur face in small circles as you rub it in to stimulate the blood flow, which helps you be more awake. Don't have a 'lazy' start to the day, get on with doing things. The more you lounge around/press the snooze, the more tired you will feel in the day! Go outside (lunch break) and get some fresh air.
