Red Bull is disgusting and I'm convinced it's bad for you in large quantities but I have found it to be a lifesaver when you have to go to a party, but can't drink.
Buy two cans. Down one all in one go about ten minutes before you go to the party and you'll feel really lively and sparkly for ages.
You can sip the other one slowly later on if you feel that you're flagging. (This is less easy if you're at a smart party where you can't really swig from a Red Bull).
I wouldn't advise drinking more than that otherwise you'll be awake for a week.
talk. its free and its simple, plus you have no side efffects. so this doesn't mean your as XHaRdCoRex as your friends, who cares? its good to see you dont need to drink to have fun and make sure you have fun and show that! strikee up conversations, there is bound to be someone there who isn't drinking and danceeee!
If you drink cola then you can pretend that you've got alcohol in it - just watch if someone tops up your cola, that they don't put alcohol into it, top your own up. Or you could take alcohol free lager or wine and stick to that. If anyone comments just say you are working/driving/got an early start in the morning etc
Exercise before going to the party, it will increase your energy level and release endorphins. If you're drinking water or soda ask put a wedge of lemon or a cherry in it.
This will make it look festive and ensure that you find the right drink if you put it down to dance.
