I leave mine in my purse. I take it with my coffee every morning, but if I happen to forget, they're in a place (my purse) that is safe and always with me!

How to remember to take your pill everyday

Take your pill when you do the most regular thing in your day (eg breakfast, brushing your teeth, putting lenses in, having lunch) and make sure your pill is next to the toothbrush, or in the breadbin, or by your lenses!

If you're working, you normally get up at the same time everyday. The 1st thing most of us do when we wake up is a morning wee. Keep your pill in the bathrrom closeby so you can spot it whilst you are having a wee and the minute you're done, take your pill. I have been doing this for about 10 years now and have never forgotten to take the pill or fallen pregnant.

The other tips are all good - I set reminders in the organiser on my mobile phone, most of us always have our mobiles beside us all the time.

Presuming you brush your teeth at least once a day - keep pills beside your toothbrush.

I leave mine next to my contact lenses as its something I do every night, and then I see my pill sat next to them. If you take your pill in the morning, leave it by your alarm clock or in your make up bag, or with your make up remover.

I take mine every night, before I go to sleep because I get nauseated, and I sleep with a box fan on. So I sit it on my fan. So every night before I go to sleep I see it there. You could also try writing it down on your mirror, or something like that. :D

This idea sounds daft but I use it all the time to remember all sorts. If you wear a ring, you can use it to remind yourself. Put it on a finger you don't usually wear it on. It will feel really odd & you'll keep wanting to move it back. Whenever you go to it to move it back, you will remind yourself of what you wanted to remember! I put my ring on the wrong finger when I get into bed & then when I wake up in the morning it reminds me to take my pill! Works for me.
