1.Have a light snack avoid suger! and if your tummy is rumbling have some warm milk banana, slice of wholemeal toast an hour before bead a cup of chamomile tea will help relax too!
2. Wind downbyreading a book and if you have homework to do do it before bed because it will leave your mind racing and keep you awake
3.Ensure Your Bedrooms Dark And Quiet
4.Prepare for Bed
Put a glass of water by your bed in case you wake up thristy
5.Get comfy and make sure your neck is well supported by one or two soft pillows dont wrap yourself in too many blankets cause you may get hot during the night
6. Let your worries go
Worring can keep you awake so if yur anxious about something imagine putting the problem in a box and storing it away till morning this helps you drop off and sleep!
