This isn't a problem with your foundation, it's a problem with the skin around your nose. First of all you should exfoliate your whole face gently every single day, then moisturise. That will get your skin in good enough shape to take foundation (although you may find that you don't need it after all.)
Moisturise your nose every day. Apply a night cream if you still have the same problem.
Use a liquid foundation designed for use on dry combination skins, that way you'll get the best look. Don't use a powder foundation as this will eccentuate the problem even more.
As well as moisturising properly consider using a primer under your foundations. Depending on your budget Clairin, or Smashbox make a great one and and Im sure others will have good suggestions . Also as part of your skin care routine Boots serum used daily really helps
