Get a fun colored mascara. I use blue or purple all the time. It's a great change from the basic black (and actually makes your eye-color pop more, too)

After applying mascara, put glitter on top. Or use two different colours of mascara, creating quirky stripes. BarryM has some great neon colours. xxx
