Go to a herbalist shop like Neals Yard Remedies and buy some dried horsetail. Put two tablespoons of this into a pint of boiling water, stir and ALLOW TO COOL. Strain. Then use this as a final rinse when you wash your hair (don't rinse out). Also buy silica herbal tablets from Holland and Barrett and take these according to the packet instructions.

Kelp tablets and B6 vitamins will help.

Biotin tablets are great for hair and nails. They have several B vitamins essential for the protein that builds the hair and nails.
