If any of you are fans of Touche Eclat, visit the French ebay site and buy one for about £13. I've been doing the same for a while, never had a problem, okay you have to wait a few days for delivery, but every little helps doesn't it!
I've found a similar solution - a company based in the Channel Islands which can be found at http://www.islandcosmetics.com/. My cousin, who lives there, told me about it. As it's a tax haven there, they don't have to pay VAT etc, so it's like duty free but better, and there's no postage. Their range isn't huge but the service is faultless. Really, it seems like madness to pay £21.
another vote for eBay - I've never paid more than a tenner for Touche Eclat by using a sniping tool (ezsnipe.com) and knowing that there will always be another auction next week!
