It depends on how you feel about it really. If you're ok with it then leave it, if not get yourself to your hairdresser and have highlights put in or a tint. I go to get my grey covered, as its not a nice grey, as soon as it starts to creep in again. I have highlights or have a tint but nothing too drastic as I don't want my hair looking as though its been coloured - if that makes sense.

Don't panic! However...it doesn't matter how much they tell me it's entirely natural, it's not the kind of natural I like! I'm lucky that I've only got a few greys coming through at the mo, but they're easily handled anyway. I just go and have a full head colour every 3-4 months. The colour I have is as close to my natural colour as I can get, so there isn't a root problem when it grows out. Grey hair suits some people, but I'm not willing to grow old gracefully just yet!

It's horrifying, I know... For quick root touch-ups at hairline or where you part your hair, get one of those fat crayons in your color at the beauty supply store, wet it, and dab it on -- it'll last till you shampoo. In a pinch, put hairspray on a blush brush, dab on roots, then dip brush in eye shadow that matches your hair. When you're done, spray head to set color.
