Have a glass of water on your desk at all times. Every time you are waiting, even for a second, for your computer to do something take a big gulp.

If your like me, and the thought of drinking plain water, isnt exactly thrist quenching, trying using fruit, like a slice of lemon or orange to give it abit of taste, or why not drink hot water with lemon in, or teaspoon of honey. You can buy bottles of water now with twists in it, I always buy Volvic touch of fruit in strawberry or lemon and lime.

Rather than wasting time, effort and money on such a useless endeavour, take advice from your doctor or other genuinely medically qualified person about the appropriate quantity of liquid required for a balanced intake. You will almost certainly not have to worry about drinking more water - unless of course your advisor happens to be the PR consultant for a bottled water company.
