to find peace with yourself, think about all of the things you have done that weigh on your mind. forgive yourself for those things and accept them. to find peace in this world, keep you house and car clean, take care of yourself well by exercising, eating well and maintaining good personal hygiene. also, do things you enjoy, trying new things and learning all the time.

Stop worring, easier said than done. But i find writing lists helps i find out what is bothering me and then write a list of solutions either you will find a cure or realise it wasn't as important as you thought. also listsa for the everyday stuff such as chores before i got to bed I write a list of the odd jobs that need doing nothing major like repaint the house, basic theings like put on a load of washing. I make sure that is is not overcomplicated or impossible to complete. By bedtime I feel satisfied that i have made the most of my day and I did my best.
