Make the vegetables into a funny face pattern on the plate. For example: sprouts for eyes, carrot nose and peas lined up for a smiley mouth. I found this did the trick and works really well with fruit as well!

My tips are:
1) Never feed them pre packaged baby foods.
2) Give them what you have, pureed for the babies, so that all food is just food.
3) If there is something they don't particularly like then give them less of that and more of something else.

I don't give my children a choice for dinner. We all sit down for dinner and I will put vegetables on their plate and say, "You are not leaving this table until you have finished your vegetables."

Blending vegetables in gravy is one way to ensure your child will eat them. It is much better to keep introducing them to lots of different ones. Vegetables and fruit have to be introduced as a normal part of life, and with patience you'll get there.

Tell your children vegetables are for adults only. If your child is forbidden from eating them, they should want them more. Always remember that you are ten times more cunning than your child and have years of practice.
