Rub a wire coat hanger over item & then again when your wearing it

Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and -- voila -- static is gone

Spray the inside of the garment with hairspray.

spray a light layer of hairspray on to your tights before you put on your skirt that way there will be know static
