buy some verucca stuff from the pharmacy . after you have showered or bathed and dried foot thoroughly, file the verruca with an emery board or pomice stone. then apply the verruca stuff. Or you can go to docs and get them frozen off.

Cut a small piece of banana skin. Put it on the verruca - inside facing. Then cut a piece of 'gaffer tape' wide silver sticky tape workmen use. ( Buy at B&Q.) Stick firmly in place over the verruca. Keep renewing until the verruca has gone. Must be something in the banana and starving the verruca of light and oxygen. No drugs or chemicals involved and it works.

i had Verucca for over a year... had tried everything from phamcy to internet, it was so saw i couldn't wear my shoes properly. i kept on picking it as this was the only thing that made it better. than one day i deceided not to do anything and after 3 weeks it's gone. i think leaving Verucca alone is the best thing one can do. do try this... i know how it feels i had it for a while and caouldn't do my normal activities till now... it's almost gone i can still see the scar but it's getting softer everyday. hope this helps
