Write down everything that your angry about then get rid of the paper by either tearing it into pieces or burning it. Go for a run or do some really heavy exercise and think about getting all the anger out of your system while your doing it. Try to do something where you can scream a lot - scary movie, go on some scary rides...it doesnt matter if your having fun while doing it, you still should be able to get some anger out of your system.
