- Get enough sleep
- Reduce clutter
- Drink more water
- Take a walk
- Break a routine
- Eat Well and healthy
Also drink orange juce in the morning, following a salad with vegetables for lunch and fruits after dinner, that will keep you super hypo, Believe me i always keep up with that routine and i never run out of energy!!! :)

This is from my yoga teacher: If you are tired lay with your legs up the wall. Keep your legs straight and your bottom right against the wall. It is more effective if you have a bolster or blankets to elevate your hips. Take five or ten minutes here with slow, quiet breathing. Here is more: http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/690

dont forget to eat fruits in breakfast and veggies for lunch....and yesss mid day nap for just half an hour is a must...............good luck
