the beuatician will remove any make up, and for tinting will place a cream on your eyelashes and youll have to sit for about 3-5mind with your eyes closed and then they will wipe it off lasted a good 2 weeks and really looked nice and i believe its the same kinda thing for having your lashes permed - well worth it!
