Kay my mom taught me this super cool trick. If you drench your hair in lemon juice (nothing with sugar of course) and leave it in for the day, the sun will naturally lighten your hair to a nice bleach blonde. NO DAMAGE!

John frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder shampoo and condisioner realy work, i got mine from asda at 3 for £10, after half the bottle(half a month) my hair is so much blonder!
