Mirror: to help you do this! Do this when coming out of work, in the car or just before you go and see your boyfriend!!!!

When working a long day, never wear; Eyeliner, Lipstick, Foundation or mascara. Wear Clear mascara so that you wont be left with panda eyes, also wear lipgloss, that will instantly make you look fresher so apply again before going to see your boyfriend. Keep wet wipes in your bag and extra body spray or deodrant aswell. Mabye a crisp white shirt hanging up in your car/locker, that will lift your face. And dry shampoo that will get rid of any greasy hair and adds volume. Good Luck.

I know how frustrating this can be, especially if you have no time to go home or anything before seeing your partner. What I usually do is, #1 buy small liquid concealer whats a couple shades lighter than your skin colour, this way dab it on the areas what are worn away, if like me, this is your eye, chin and nose and cheek, it highlights your face also tops up your makeup, also get tester mascaras you get free from counters. #2 Buy travel size dry shampoo, deodorants etc #3 buy mini perfumes, like the sets you get at xmas. #4 get mini pack of wipes, this is great to just rub your body with, like your neck and arms, if you get sweaty/just want to feel refreshed. Plus, the best thing is, because its all travel size, it doesnt take much room in your handbag

Never wear heavy make-up to work... After work before meeting with your boyfriend, use an oil wipe to rub off any extra oil that has built up on your face and hair. I recommend Clean and Clear oil wipes because they do not wipe away make-up. Concealer around your eyes can help brighter your appearance with maybe a chrome eye shadow lining your eyes to make you look alive.
