Yikes! That's about three times more weight as would be healthy for that length of time. Wanting to accomplish something so unrealistic is setting yourself up to fail - guaranteed. So look at losing about a pound or so a week and you WILL look noticeably slimmer by Christmas. Eat a little less - it will help a lot if you keep a food diary; sites like sparkpeople.com are great for this. Exercise more (aerobic exercise 5x a week, weight-bearing 3x a week.) You will be more toned and the weight loss will be definitely be noticeable.
